Hutton Conyers is a village and civil parish in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire, England.[1] It is situated near the River Ure and 1-mile (1.6 km) northeast of Ripon.

"Hutton Conyers, now a civil parish and formerly extra-parochial, is situated in the north-west of Ripon parish on the left bank of the Ure. It covers an area of about 3,211 acres. The eastern boundary is formed by Leeming Lane, and between the lane and the village is the wide tract of Hutton Moor."[2]

The toponym derives from the Old English hōh tūn, meaning "settlement on or by the hill spur". The second part of the name derives from the Conyers family, who held land here in the 12th century.[3]
